After undergoing simple sorting to remove large, non-processable materials (such as glass bottles, stones, metals, etc.), the sorted waste is fed into a pyrolysis furnace. Following the initial ignition, the waste is heated to the pyrolysis temperature. The thermal conductivity efficiency is enhanced through magnetization activation, facilitating the thermochemical reaction under oxygen-deficient or anaerobic conditions. During this low-temperature self-decomposition process, household waste releases thermal energy from organic matter, which sustains the ongoing reaction, while simultaneously decomposing into water vapor and mineral ash.
Main Process Flow of the Pyrolysis Gasification Complete Plant: Pyrolysis Gasifier + Pyrolysis Tail Gas → Primary Tail Gas Purification Unit → RCO Catalytic Oxidation Unit + Spraying/Atomization Unit → Wet-type High-voltage Electrostatic Purifier → Plasma Purification (Deodorization) → Adsorption Purification → Elevated Emission (15-20 meters) + PLC Control Panel.
After being screened, the coarse ash from the pyrolysis gasification residue can be used for road sub-base construction, while the fine ash is suitable for planting greenery.
Waste reduction exceeds 95% (The resulting ash accounts for only about 5% of the original waste by weight and volume).
Sanitation workers can begin operation after just one day of training, and the equipment runs 24/7.
Equipment operation is unaffected by geography, season, weather, or time of day. It enables 24/7 on-site treatment of household waste, eliminating the need for transportation.
Under normal operating conditions, the process is free of smoke, color, odor, and noise. The emitted gases and mineral ash comply with national emission standards and have no impact on the surrounding environment. The ash, which is primarily composed of minerals, can be used as fertilizer and soil amendment material.
The main unit operates without requiring auxiliary energy sources such as electricity, coal, or gas. The total actual power consumption of the supporting flue gas purification system is approximately 16-40 kW.
An integrated unit with low investment, compact size, small footprint, mobility, flexible layout, low site requirements, long service life, and simple, easy maintenance.

In Response to National Environmental Policies and a Commitment to Preserve Lianshan's Green Waters and Mountains, and Ensure a Prosperous Life for Residents, the Lianshan County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau conducted a field investigation and in-depth study of household waste pyrolysis gasification units. This technology enables the safe, on-site treatment of household waste. Post-treatment, the waste is converted into ash and slag, achieving a waste reduction rate of 95-97%. The exhaust gas fully complies with environmental standards, and water is recycled within the system with no external discharge.
Following thorough evaluation, the Lianshan County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau took the lead in piloting the application of pyrolysis gasification technology. A unit was deployed for trial operation in Meidong Village, Futang Town. A 2-ton per day capacity unit was launched in January 2019, delivering remarkable results. Meidong Village is located in a remote mountainous area characterized by winding roads, high altitude, and poor transportation access. It is connected to Futang Town by approximately 20 kilometers of mountainous roads, which are frequently affected by landslides during the rainy season.
